Zobo Drink Recipes
- Water (the quantity of the water depends on how thick and rich you want your zobo to be)
- Ginger (for flavor and taste )
- Pineapple( flavor)
- Sugar(to sweeten it) it is advisable not to add sugar to your hibiscus drink order not to disrupt it’s natural essence. So sugar is optional
Preparation of Zobo Drink
Wash it thoroughly but with care, not to drain out it nutrients. The Essence of washing it is to remove dirt and sand.
Cook it for 30 minutes with ginger and Pineapple.
Put it down, filter and allow it to cold.
You can add sugar if you want
