In one of my post I talked about factors that enhance ageing and quick wrinkles. Ageing is natural occurrences we all know that, but there are ways to minimise it. It’s a hard work and a gradual process. But with the right procedures and preventive measures you can prevent it.
Signs and symptoms of ageing are quite obvious. When once your joints, bone, sense organs,and muscle start giving you those setback mode, know the end is near. Appearance of unwanted lines are also whispers of ageing.
Ways to prevent ageing and winkles
Exercise: Many of us hate to hear that word. In fact some could throw up at the thought of exercise. Because laziness is our next middle name. Remember in my previous post I talked about how laziness is a factor in ageing faster. If you are a lazy and sloppy type, you will age faster because to stay young and strong require exercise. The people you admire and want to be like work hard for that body. Rome Was not built-in a day, neither was Nicole Murphy. Some of us get sick at the thought of going to gym. You have to sweat it out. If can’t do those nerve cracking exercise. Simply take a walk every morning and evening. There are aerobics that can enhance our respiratory and circulatory system. Tone your abs altogether. Exercises will aid burn fat from our body keep you fit and healthy.
If you are a busy and shy type. Who gets freak out by crowds. Get a fitness trainer to come to you house at your own convenience. Most of us do not like going to gym because we do not like to feel embarrassed and scrutinised by persons in the gym. Because people could be mean at times when they know your flaws. Get what works for you.
Water: Water is everything. I have written a complete post on water. You can search for it on my blog. Learn more from it. You can never go wrong with water. It helps you dehydrated and cleanse your system from waste products. It automatically reflect on your outer appearance when you are properly dehydrated. Your skin glow.
Water is life. You must drink at least 8.to 9 glass a day. As you are reading this go take a glass of water and continue. Water helps keep your skin stay smooth and alive.
Good skin care products: There are so many skin care products out there. Some of them are not good for your skin. The worse that can happen is, to use a skin products that will cause you more damage than not using at all. There are chemical and organic skin products out there. The organic products are believed to be much better than the chemical. Because the chemical would be harsh on our skin and has side effects.
Get your skin tested by the approved cosmetologist and let them prescribe the right beauty products for you. Do not just buy any thing and use for your skin except the natural products that are not harmful to the skin. Like honey, lemon and oath and many more. Know what works for your skin. Don’t use a product because someone else is using it.
Eat right food and fruits: We love those our guilty pleasure. Those food that are not good for us but we can’t help it. Food that will give us excess baggage in unwanted areas. Eat nut, sea food, vegetable and fruits. Watermelon Potatoes, cucumber and many other fruits should be your best friend. Don’t eat much at night. Try as much as possible to avoid eating heavy food at night.
Use exfoliate and moisturizer on your skin regularly. exfoliation will help revitalize your skin. It will give your skin softness and glow especially when you moisturize and exfoliate regularly.
Some of us live in part of the world where the sun is not friendly. Just try as much as possible to stay off the sun. Use your sun glasses and sunscreen.
Do not over stress yourself, take time out to pamper yourself and go to spa.
Do not burden yourself with worries. Free your thoughts and be at peace. Ensure your mind, body and soul are in a good place,
Rest and peace of mind are essential for preventing ageing.
